Unfortunately Jim Veal was not able to medal in every event, as he was taken down in a crash. Injuries are yet to be determined, but he is in hospital in Sydney.
Mark Harris took out the bronze medal in the points race by bridging a large gap and taking a lap, gaining 2o points with three others
Graeme Allbon raced well and hard against a pro kieren racer to take a silver medal in the points race. Tony O'Connor battled hard and rode well in a race where the average speed was in excess of 50kph and was there in the end.
Neil Skipper raced well and gained some points in a hard elbow to elbow and elbow to fence battle. Neil finished 7th in the end.
